Monday.
On the first day, the appetizer was zucchini tortino, the primo pasta was salmon farfalle, the secondo was saltimbocca alla romana, and the dolce was a full call of desserts with ricotta and mascarpone. .

初日は前菜がズッキーニのトルティーノ、プリモのパスタがサーモンのファルファッレ、セコンドはサルティンボッカ アッラ ロマーナに、ドルチェはリコッタとマスカルポーネを使ったデザートのフルコールでした。

Tuesday.
Eating out at lunch in Centro in Florence. We went to a trattoria where we could use the lunch coupon given by the school.
We ordered polenta fritters with porcini and parmigiano melanzane.
After that, we went to a couple of gelaterias and took out the Sicilian pasticceria’s classic cannoli Siciliano and pistacchio-flavored cannoli and cassata to taste compare at home.

火曜日
フィレンツェのチェントロでお昼から食べ歩き。学校で頂けるお昼券の使えるトラットリアへ。
ポレンタのフリットにポルチーニ添えとパルミジャーノメランツァーネをオーダー。
その後はジェラテリアを数軒廻って、シチリアのパステッチェリアで定番のカンノーロ シチリアーノとピスタッキッオ味のカンノーロとカッサータをテイクアウトして家でゆっくり味比べしながら食べました。

Wednesday.
After the first day of class, the teacher asked us if we had any requests for dishes. The dishes of the day were the two requested dishes.

水曜日
1日目の授業の後に先生から何か料理のリクエストはあるか⁇と訊かれたので家で何回か作った時のティラミスの出来が良くなかったので、ティラミスとスパゲッティ カレッティエラをリクエストしていたので先生が早速2回目の授業にリクエストに応えて授業のメニューに取り入れてくれました。
この日の料理はそのリクエストした2品とランプレドットの煮込みに付け合わせのペペローニのソテーでした。

Thursday
On the third day of the class, I requested the teacher to include a dish using liver and cannoli, a traditional Sicilian pastry that I love the most among Italian pastries, in the content of the class. The rest of the dishes were made according to the requests of the other students.
The rest of the menu included pasta with genovese pesto and radicchio gratin, which were requested by other students.

木曜日 授業3日目も先生にリクエストしたレバーを使った料理と私がイタリア菓子で最も大好きなシチリアの伝統菓子カンノーロを授業内容に取り入れて頂き、レバー料理はヴェネツィア風にカンノーロの筒の部分は家庭料理コースでは少し手間が掛かるとの事で市販のモノを使い中のリコッタを使ったクリームのみを授業で作りました。
あとは他の生徒さんがリクエストしたジェノベーゼペーストのパスタとラディキオのグラタンとこの日は中々の食べ応えがあるメニューでした。

Friday.
The fourth day of class started with pasta using sardines. The second course was tomato stew with cod and potatoes, and the dolce was a rare cheese cake requested by one of the students who was leaving Florence for the last time this day.
Since two students were leaving Florence on this day, the teacher opened a bottle of wine to congratulate them during the tasting.

金曜日 4日目の授業では先ずは鰯を使ったパスタ。セコンドには鱈とジャガイモのトマト煮込みにドルチェはこの日が授業最期の生徒さんがリクエストしたレアチーズケーキ。
この日でフィレンツェを離れる生徒さん2人がいた為、皆んなでの試食時には先生から2人にお祝いのワインを開けて頂いて授業終了後には修了証書の授与等で普段の授業では余り笑顔を見せない先生もこの日の最期は終始和やかでした。

Saturday
On Saturday weekend, we went to Lucca, a walled city near Florence, for extracurricular activities.
After seeing several major churches, we had free time to eat with fellow students and enjoy gelato at a popular gelateria in Lucca.

土曜日 週末土曜はフィレンツェの近郊にある城壁の街ルッカへ課外活動に参加しました。
主要の教会を数件見た後はフリータイムで同郷の生徒さん達と一緒に食事をしたり、ルッカで人気のあるジェラテリアでジェラートを食べました。

Sunday
On Sunday, we had a relaxing day at home, and in the evening, we met up with some students from our hometown who we had met during our extracurricular activities the previous day and had an aperitivo in Centro, Florence. In the evening, we all went to a restaurant and ate Tuscan food and bistecca fiorentina.

日曜日 週末日曜はこの数日間は真夏の様な暑さが連続で続いた為、日中は家でゆっくりして夕方からは前日の課外活動で知り合った同郷の生徒さん達とフィレンツェのチェントロで待ち合わせをしてアペリティーボしたり、夜はレストランに行って皆んなでトスカーナ料理やビステッカフィオレンティーナを食べました。
