Florence Culinary Arts School: the gateway to becoming First-Class Chefs in Italian Cuisine

Students will experience working in a gelato shop (Italian: Gelateria), located in central Florence. Participants will learn how to make gelato and run a gelato shop as a business. It will be a truly unique experience to be a part of the Italian lifestyle and understand the customers’ tastes.
