Italian Home Cooking Course (#1) – Tomoko Y

I took a two-month home cooking course in Florence, Italy. In Italy, I encountered ingredients that are rare in Japan and learned many things directly from the teacher while chatting and laughing with classmates of all nationalities, ages, and genders. Florence has become one of my favorite places to return to.
