July 21 (Mon) Today, I made spaghetti sauce with ‘nduja and tomatoes. It turned out spicy and rich, a truly adult flavor. Just sautéing it with tomatoes creates an exquisite pasta sauce!

July 22 (Tue) Day 5 of my internship break. My fingers are starting to bend a little. The pain was so bad I couldn’t write with a mechanical pencil or eat with a knife and fork, so I’m happy to see some improvement.
7月22日（火）インターンお休み中5日目、少し指が曲げられるようになってきた。シャーペンで文字が書けない、ナイフとフォークで食べれない程、痛みが強かったので、少し改善されて嬉しい。

July 24 (Thu) A friend gave me some lavender flowers. I dried them right away after getting home! Herbs and flowers that would mold in Japan dry beautifully here. They smell great too, so I use them as air fresheners.
7月24日（木）お友達から、ラベンダーの花をもらいました。早速、帰宅後ドライフラワーに！日本だとカビてしまう乾燥ハーブや、花、綺麗にドライフラワーになります。香りも良くて芳香剤代わりに使用。
July 25 (Fri) Today I went to the Asian supermarket to buy rice. I found Japanese Akita Komachi rice. But it was expensive, so I bought Italian rice similar to Japanese rice, suitable for sushi. Rice-san! It’s nice and chewy, highly recommended.
7月25日（金）今日は、アジアンスーパーへお米を買いに行きました。日本のお米秋田こまち発見。でも高いのでイタリア産の日本米に近い寿司用を購入。お米さん！もっちりしておすすめです。
