Italian Cuisine Professional Chef Training


After completing the Chef Training + 1 year restaurant internship course, I decided to extend it in order to get more culinary training in Italy. This is my third year as an intern at an Italian restaurant. I am enjoying my time in Italy with energy and cheerfulness.

I have extended my internship at a restaurant and am now in my third year of studying Italian cuisine!
I am putting my passion into each and every dish as I am exposed to Italy’s unique ingredients and cooking methods on a daily basis.
The days I spend with friends who share the same dream are an invaluable asset!
