Italian Cuisine Professional Chef Training


With no culinary experience, he decided to study Italian cuisine. At the age of 19, he went to Italy after experiencing a rigorous culinary apprenticeship at a ryokan (Japanese inn) where SMAP had stayed.

料理未経験ながら、イタリア料理留学を決意。
SMAPが泊まった旅館で、厳しい料理修行を経験してから渡伊した19歳。
