Gelato Lesson To my surprise, all the gelato cones were renewed to be vegan-friendly. In Europe, many people are allergic to wheat, and veganism is on the rise. I was very impressed by the way they are dealing with allergy and food diversity, which is very inspiring for me as a learner. It is a great environment to learn how to make gelato that is “delicious and safe for everyone to eat”! Fresh Pasta Lesson I happened to be the only student in the fresh pasta lesson, so I had the teacher all to myself! I had the luxury of talking about my family with the teacher, and since it was a one-on-one lesson, it was a very luxurious time. I’ve always wanted to go to Italy I was excited to be able to go there at the age of 48 and to have the adventure of a great migration to feel the earth. It has been 19 years since I started a gelato store by chance. Bicycles and coffee have also been my life’s pleasure and work, and I am thrilled to have been able to visit the real Italy.
