Cooking classes are held off-campus in Florence. Participants have to reach the location of the kitchen by public transportation.
Course Structure
– The course includes 4 cooking classes per week (3~4 hours each day). Students will be able to learn from four to five dishes per class (for a total of approx. 65 monthly recipes).
– At the end of each class, students will enjoy eating their dishes together with the instructor.
