Italian Cuisine Chef Training + Restaurant Internship

Most students who take the Italian Cuisine Chef Training decide to continue their study with the Restaurant Internship program.
The objective of our Restaurant Internship program is to put into practice the techniques students have learned during the first 8 weeks of Italian Cuisine Chef Training, and to be able to work in an Italian restaurant. FCAS Italian Cuisine Chef Training + Restaurant Internship is the ideal program for all those who want to reach a higher culinary career through intensive hands-on training and challenges.

*Accommodation will be provided by the school during the chef training course. During internship, accommodation will be provided by the restaurant (depending on each restaurant).
The accommodation provided by the school is twin room (or single room with additional fee) in a shared flat.
